High manganese steel is of 1.0% to 1.3% Carbon content,and Mn content is from 11% to 14%, also a special wear-resistant steel that the ratio of carbon and Mn content is 10 to 12 .High manganese steel is an alloy steel that manganese content is of more than 10% .
